ABOUT ME

Todd is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 10 years in the industry. 

He has a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of High Performance Sport. Todd has a strong passion for endurance running and has completed a variety of events including, the Melbourne Marathon and Two Bays Trail Run. From years of coaching and training himself, Todd has carefully devised programs to physically prepare your body to withstand the rigours of endurance running. Each program will include a variety of sessions to get you running towards PB’s.
